We can work with you or your installer to ensure the layout of your outdoor kitchen and components are correctly positioned and fitted. Cala outdoor kitchen units are modular and easy to install.

The Cala outdoor kitchen range is offered with optional features, including: a high-quality 5 burner gas grill, offering powerful cooking capabilities. Single-door cabinets can also be fitted with a side burner, ideal for preparing sauces or sides while your main grill is in use. An optional ice chest can also be installed in these units, providing a convenient way for keeping drinks cool. For added convenience, you can include an integrated outdoor fridge. We also offer the option of incorporating a kamado-style ceramic grill, renowned for its versatility and ability to handle both high-heat searing and slow smoking with ease.

Order Processing & Shipping Updates
Once you place an order, you will receive email updates regarding its status and shipping details, including a tracking number once the order has been dispatched.
All orders are delivered directly from our suppliers across the UK.
Delivery Service Area:
We deliver to all locations within the UK. If you are not within UK mainland (Scottish Isles, Channel Islands, Isles of Scilly, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man), please contact us prior to placing an order to discuss your delivery.
We do not deliver to international destinations.
Processing Time:
- Orders are processed within 1-2 working days (Monday - Friday) from the date of purchase.
- The order cutoff time is 2:00 PM (GMT) Greenwich Mean Time (London). Orders placed after this time will be processed the next working day.
Delivery Time:
- Standard Shipping: Orders are typically delivered within 2-7 working days (Monday to Friday) during regular seasons.

Delivery Costs:
- Free delivery for orders over £300.
- Orders under £300 incur a flat-rate delivery charge of £14.99.

We use DPD UK, FedEx, and Yodel for deliveries.
Order Tracking:
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to the courier’s website.

Delivery Failure:
If delivery fails due to incorrect shipping details or the recipient being unavailable, the order will be returned to us at the customer's expense. Any shipping costs incurred will be deducted from the refund amount.
Address Changes:
- Once an order is in transit, we cannot change the delivery address.

Receiving Your Order:
- Upon delivery, please inspect your package carefully.
- If the package is damaged or incomplete, refuse delivery or sign as "Damaged", then contact us immediately.
Order Cancellation:

Gift Wrapping:

Holiday Deliveries:

We have developed this policy to ensure that you are fully informed of our return and refund methods and procedures. This policy applies to (UK) country.
14 day return policy
If you would like to return an item for a refund, please notify us within 14 days of delivery.
If you have found a defective product, please send us a photo of a damaged product. We will then send the courier to collect the item for you. We bear the total costs of the case. We will send you a new item at no extra cost and if you no longer need the item, we will refund the full order amount to the card you used while shopping.
If you have ordered the wrong product and would like to return it, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
Returns Process:
To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@decortrading.co.uk or call 020 3582 0563.We can only accept unused items in their original condition as received. Returns will not be accepted for items that are damaged or no longer in their original state. All returns must include the original packaging, which must remain intact and undamaged.
We must receive the items back within 14 days of our approval of your return.
As soon as we have received the product, we will refund the order amount on the card you used when purchasing.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Items:

Exchanges:

Refunds:
