Where do you deliver?
We can deliver anywhere in the mainland United Kingdom.
We do not currently deliver to the UK Offshore (Scottish Isles, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles, and Channel Islands), Ireland or offer International Shipping. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.
What is your return policy?

How much does the delivery cost?
Delivery to mainland UK is free for orders over £300. Orders under £300 incur a flat-rate delivery charge of £14.99

Can I exchange or return an item?
We do accept exchanges and they follow the same conditions as returns:
The item must have been sold on our online store.
The item shouldn’t have been used in any way.
The item should be in its original packaging with all the tags etc.
The return or exchange request is made within 14 days of delivery.
