Refund policy

 

We have developed this policy to ensure that you are fully informed of our refund and return methods and procedures. This policy applies to (UK) country.

14 day return policy

If you would like to return an item for a refund, please notify us by emailing info@decortrading.co.uk  within 14 days of delivery. If you have found a defective product, please send us a photo of a damaged product. We will then send the courier to collect the item for you. We bear the total costs of the case. We will send you a new item at no extra cost and if you no longer need the item, we will refund the full order amount to the card you used while shopping. If you have ordered the wrong product and would like to exchange it, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

If your return request meets the conditions outlined in our Return and Refund Policy, we will provide you with all the necessary details on where to send your items.

We can only accept unused items in their original condition as received. Returns will not be accepted for items that are damaged or no longer in their original state. All returns must include the original packaging, which must remain intact and undamaged.

As soon as we have received the product, we will refund the order amount. on the card you used when purchasing.

Returns Process:

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@decortrading.co.uk or call 020 3582 0563. If your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

 

Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Items:

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item. This allows us to assess the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible. To return a product, you must first contact us via email. The time required to receive an exchanged product may vary depending on your location.

Exchanges:

We only accept exchanges for items that are damaged, incorrect, the wrong size, or defective. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at info@decortrading.co.uk or call 020 3582 0563.

Additional Costs:

We do not charge any restocking fees for returns.

 

Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email notification confirming receipt. We will also inform you whether your refund has been approved or denied.

  • Approved refunds will be processed automatically, and the amount will be credited to your original payment method within a specified time frame.

 

  • It generally takes 5-7 business days for the refunded amount to appear in your account. We initiate the refund immediately upon receiving your return, but your bank may require additional time to process and post the transaction.

 

Late or Missing Refunds:

If you haven't received your refund yet:

  2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank, as processing times for refunds may vary.
