Refund policy

We have developed this policy to ensure that you are fully informed of our return and refund methods and procedures. This policy applies to (UK) country.

14 day return policy

If you would like to return an item for a refund, please notify us within 14 days of delivery.

If you have found a defective product, please send us a photo of the damaged product. We will then send the courier to collect the item for you. We bear the total costs of the case and we will send you a new item at no extra cost.

If you have ordered the wrong product and would like to return it, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. 

Returns Process:

We can only accept unused items in their original condition as received. Returns will not be accepted for items that are damaged or no longer in their original state. All returns must include the original packaging, which must remain intact and undamaged.

We must receive the items back within 14 days of our approval of your return. 

As soon as we have received the product, we will refund the order amount on the card you used when purchasing.

Where to send your returns:

If your return request meets the conditions outlined in our Return and Refund Policy, we will provide you with all the necessary details on where to send your items.

You are responsible for your return shipping label and return costs.

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

 

Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Items:

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item. This allows us to assess the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible. To return a damaged, incorrect or defective product, you must first contact us via email to arrange a replacement or refund. 

Exchanges:

We do not accept exchanges.

Additional Costs:

If you have ordered the wrong product and would like to return it, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. 

Restocking Fees:

We do not charge any restocking fees for returns.

 

Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email notification confirming receipt. We will also inform you whether your refund has been approved or denied.

  • Approved refunds will be processed automatically, and the amount will be credited to your original payment method within a specified time frame.

 

  • It generally takes 7 days for the refunded amount to appear in your account. We initiate the refund immediately upon receiving your return, but your bank may require additional time to process and post the transaction.

 

Late or Missing Refunds:

If you haven't received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank, as processing times for refunds may vary.
