Order Processing & Shipping Updates

Delivery Service Area:
We currently only ship to locations within the UK.
Delivery Restrictions:
At this time, we do not ship to the following locations:
- UK offshore territories (Scottish Isles, Channel Islands, Isles of Scilly, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man)
- Ireland
- International destinations
Processing Time:
- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday - Friday) from the date of purchase.
- The order cutoff time is 2:00 PM (GMT) Greenwich Mean Time (London). Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.
Delivery Time:
- Standard Shipping: Orders are typically delivered within 2-7 working days (Monday to Friday) during regular seasons.

Delivery Costs:
- Free delivery for orders over £300.
- Orders under £300 incur a flat-rate delivery charge of £14.99.

We use DPD UK, FedEx, and Yodel for deliveries.
Order Tracking:
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to the courier’s website.

Delivery Failure:
If delivery fails due to incorrect shipping details or the recipient being unavailable, the order will be returned to us at the customer's expense. Any shipping costs incurred will be deducted from the refund amount.
Address Changes:
- Once an order is in transit, we cannot change the delivery address.

Receiving Your Order:
- Upon delivery, please inspect your package carefully.
- If the package is damaged or incomplete, refuse delivery or sign as "Damaged", then contact us immediately.
Order Cancellation:
- If your order has not been shipped yet, we will provide a full refund upon cancellation.

Gift Wrapping:
We currently do not offer gift-wrapping services.
Holiday Deliveries:
We do not deliver on Bank Holidays. Orders placed during these times will be delivered on the next working day.

14 day return policy
If you would like to return an item for a refund, please notify us by emailing contact@decortrading.co.uk within 14 days of delivery. If you have found a defective product, please send us a photo of a damaged product. We will then send the courier to collect the item for you. We bear the total costs of the case. We will send you a new item at no extra cost and if you no longer need the item, we will refund the full order amount to the card you used while shopping. If you have ordered the wrong product and would like to exchange it, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

If your return request meets the conditions outlined in our Return and Refund Policy, we will provide you with all the necessary details on where to send your items.
We can only accept unused items in their original condition as received. Returns will not be accepted for items that are damaged or no longer in their original state. All returns must include the original packaging, which must remain intact and undamaged.
As soon as we have received the product, we will refund the order amount. on the card you used when purchasing.
