Shipping Policy
Delivery costs:
Delivery to mainland UK is free of charge on all orders over £300. For all orders under £300, delivery to mainland UK is £14.99 flat rate.
Delivery Restrictions
We currently do not ship to uk offshore, (Scottish Isles, Channel Islands, Isles of Scilly, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man) Ireland, or offer international shipping. Deliveries are made Mon - Fri, 8am -6pm, excluding public holidays.
Order Confirmation:
As soon as you place your order, we will pre-authorise your card however your card will not be charged. We will then contact our supplier to confirm that the product you have purchased is available for immediate shipment. Once confirmed we will process the payment and your order will be dispatched straight away. If there is any delay such as an item which is on backorder, we will void the pre-authorisation and contact you to let you know.
Order Handling Time:
Handling time commences from the order date. It typically takes 0-3 working days (Mon - Fri) to process orders, before proceeding with shipping. Our order cut off time is 2:00pm Mon-Fri.
Shipping time:
We usually deliver orders within 1-7 working days. (Mon -Fri)
Order Delivery:
We endeavour to deliver all orders that are in stock and ready for delivery within 1-10 working days of your order being placed.
Once your order has been placed, assuming it is in stock and available for dispatch, we will charge your card. We’ll send you tracking details by email within 24 hours of your order being dispatched. If you have not received tracking details within 6 working days, please reach out to us via email at info@decortrading.co.uk so that we can help.
Our order cut off time is 2pm Mon-Fri, if you place an order after 2pm Mon-Fri please expect your order 1-10 working days from the following working day. Please note: This service is a kerbside delivery.
Orders containing bulky heavy items that cannot be shipped via a standard parcel courier, will be sent via a palletised freight service. Smaller items are shipped out by FedEx.
Damages:
If your order is delivered damaged by the courier, please get in touch immediately and we will assist you.
Please thoroughly inspect all items at the point of delivery before signing a delivery note from our delivery provider.
Do not accept delivery of any damaged items, if you discover that an item has been damaged, please indicate your findings on the delivery note and immediately send clear photos to info@decortrading.co.uk. If you do not mark the delivery note and notify us of any damages, we cannot open an insurance claim on your behalf. By signing the delivery note you are accepting the delivery complete, in good condition and accept liability for any issues.
We hope that you will be satisfied with your order from decor trading, however in the event that you wish to return items, please refer to our return and refund policy page.
Refund Policy
Refund Policy
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please contact us right away. We have a 14 calendar day return and refund policy. If you have ordered and received an item that you no longer require, you have 14 calendar days from receiving the goods to notify us that you wish to make a return. Simply notify us by email to info@decortrading.co.uk before the 14 calendar day period ends.
If you cancel within 14 days, we will refund all payments, except for the cost of the initial and return delivery. We accept returns by mail only. It is the customers responsibility to create their own returns label. We do not charge restocking fees.
We can only accept unused items that are in the original condition that you received them in. We do not accept the return of goods that you have damaged or that are no longer in original condition. Your return must have all original packaging intact and undamaged.
Please make sure that we receive your returned items back within 14 calendar days, there are no exceptions.
We will process your refund within 10 calendar days of:
- Receiving the returned goods,
- You providing proof of return, or
- Being notified of your cancellation if no goods were supplied.
The refund will be made using the same payment method as your original purchase, unless you request otherwise.
Items damaged in transit.

Faulty items
In the event that your order has a manufacturers fault and deemed faulty, we will replace the faulty item or part free of charge. In the event that you recieve a faulty item and we require the item to be returned, we will pay the return postage and notify you with a downloadable returns label.
Sale items
Sale items are also eligible for refunds.
Return address
If your request to return your order or part of your order meets the requirements of our return and refund policy, we will be in touch with all the necessary information of where to send your goods.
Please do not use our company office address at the footer of the website as a return address. You will be notified of the returns address once your return has been authorised.

Care & Maintenance:
To maintain your wood-fired oven, regularly clean out ash and debris after each use to ensure proper airflow and efficient heating.
- Use a soft brush or scraper to remove soot and food residue from the interior.
- Season the oven by slowly heating it with small fires to prevent cracks, especially after long periods of inactivity.
- Protect the oven from moisture by covering it when unused, and avoid exposing it to rain.
Periodically inspect for cracks or damage and seal any with appropriate refractory materials to extend the oven's lifespan. We can help with any replacement parts.
