Order Processing & Shipping Updates
Once you place an order, you will receive email updates regarding its status and shipping details, including a tracking number once the order has been dispatched.
Delivery Service Area:
We currently only ship to locations within the UK.
Delivery Restrictions:
At this time, we do not ship to the following locations:
- UK offshore territories (Scottish Isles, Channel Islands, Isles of Scilly, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man)
- Ireland
- International destinations
Processing Time:
- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday - Friday) from the date of purchase.
- The order cutoff time is 2:00 PM (GMT) Greenwich Mean Time (London). Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.
Delivery Time:
- Standard Shipping: Orders are typically delivered within 2-7 working days (Monday to Friday) during regular seasons.
- If you have not received tracking details within 7 working days, please contact us at info@decortrading.co.uk for assistance.
Delivery Costs:
- Free delivery for orders over £300.
- Orders under £300 incur a flat-rate delivery charge of £14.99.
Delivery Carriers:
We use DPD UK, FedEx, and Yodel for deliveries.
Order Tracking:
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to the courier’s website.

Delivery Failure:
If delivery fails due to incorrect shipping details or the recipient being unavailable, the order will be returned to us at the customer's expense. Any shipping costs incurred will be deducted from the refund amount.
Address Changes:
- Once an order is in transit, we cannot change the delivery address.
- If you need to update your address, please contact us within one day of placing your order at info@decortrading.co.uk or call 020 3582 0563.
Receiving Your Order:
- Upon delivery, please inspect your package carefully.
- If the package is damaged or incomplete, refuse delivery or sign as "Damaged", then contact us immediately.
Order Cancellation:
- If your order has not been shipped yet, we will provide a full refund upon cancellation.
- If your order has already been shipped, you will need to request a return after receiving the package. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for more details.
Gift Wrapping:
We currently do not offer gift-wrapping services.
Holiday Deliveries:
We do not deliver on Bank Holidays. Orders placed during these times will be delivered on the next working day.
Taxes:
We do not charge any additional taxes on orders placed through decortrading.co.uk.
Delayed Delivery:
If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us, and we will investigate the delay.

Refund Policy
Refund Policy
We have developed this policy to ensure that you are fully informed of our refund and return methods and procedures. This policy applies to (UK) country.
14 day return policy
If you would like to return an item for a refund, please notify us by emailing info@decortrading.co.uk within 14 days of delivery. If you have found a defective product, please send us a photo of a damaged product. We will then send the courier to collect the item for you. We bear the total costs of the case. We will send you a new item at no extra cost and if you no longer need the item, we will refund the full order amount to the card you used while shopping. If you have ordered the wrong product and would like to exchange it, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
Return and refund conditions:

If your return request meets the conditions outlined in our Return and Refund Policy, we will provide you with all the necessary details on where to send your items.
We can only accept unused items in their original condition as received. Returns will not be accepted for items that are damaged or no longer in their original state. All returns must include the original packaging, which must remain intact and undamaged.
As soon as we have received the product, we will refund the order amount. on the card you used when purchasing.
Returns Process:
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@decortrading.co.uk or call 020 3582 0563. If your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Items:
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item. This allows us to assess the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible. To return a product, you must first contact us via email. The time required to receive an exchanged product may vary depending on your location.
Exchanges:
We only accept exchanges for items that are damaged, incorrect, the wrong size, or defective. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at info@decortrading.co.uk or call 020 3582 0563.
Additional Costs:
We do not charge any restocking fees for returns.
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email notification confirming receipt. We will also inform you whether your refund has been approved or denied.
- Approved refunds will be processed automatically, and the amount will be credited to your original payment method within a specified time frame.
- It generally takes 5-7 business days for the refunded amount to appear in your account. We initiate the refund immediately upon receiving your return, but your bank may require additional time to process and post the transaction.

You’ll be pleased to hear that the answer to this is, in most cases, no! Verandas are generally considered temporary structures and do not require planning permission, provided they are under 2.5 meters in height and cover less than 50% of your outdoor space. Verandas can be attached to your house without planning permission, given they stay within the height and space limits.
However, we always recommend checking with your local council to confirm specific regulations.
Do you provide installation services?
