Order Processing & Shipping Updates

Once you place an order, you will receive email updates regarding its status and shipping details, including a tracking number once the order has been dispatched.

Delivery Service Area:

We currently only ship to locations within the UK.

Delivery Restrictions:

At this time, we do not ship to the following locations:

  • UK offshore territories (Scottish Isles, Channel Islands, Isles of Scilly, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man)
  • Ireland
  • International destinations

Processing Time:

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday - Friday) from the date of purchase.
  • The order cutoff time is 2:00 PM (GMT) Greenwich Mean Time (London). Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.

Delivery Time:

  • Standard Shipping: Orders are typically delivered within 2-7 working days (Monday to Friday) during regular seasons.
  • If you have not received tracking details within 7 working days, please contact us at info@decortrading.co.uk for assistance.

Delivery Costs:

  • Free delivery for orders over £300.
  • Orders under £300 incur a flat-rate delivery charge of £14.99.

We use DPD UK, FedEx, and Yodel for deliveries.

Order Tracking:

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to the courier’s website.

Delivery Failure:

If delivery fails due to incorrect shipping details or the recipient being unavailable, the order will be returned to us at the customer's expense. Any shipping costs incurred will be deducted from the refund amount.

Address Changes:

  • Once an order is in transit, we cannot change the delivery address.
  • If you need to update your address, please contact us within one day of placing your order at info@decortrading.co.uk or call 020 3582 0563.

Receiving Your Order:

  • Upon delivery, please inspect your package carefully.
  • If the package is damaged or incomplete, refuse delivery or sign as "Damaged", then contact us immediately.

Order Cancellation:

  • If your order has not been shipped yet, we will provide a full refund upon cancellation.

Gift Wrapping:

We currently do not offer gift-wrapping services.

Holiday Deliveries:

We do not deliver on Bank Holidays. Orders placed during these times will be delivered on the next working day.

Refund Policy

 

We have developed this policy to ensure that you are fully informed of our refund and return methods and procedures. This policy applies to (UK) country.

14 day return policy

If you would like to return an item for a refund, please notify us by emailing info@decortrading.co.uk  within 14 days of delivery. If you have found a defective product, please send us a photo of a damaged product. We will then send the courier to collect the item for you. We bear the total costs of the case. We will send you a new item at no extra cost and if you no longer need the item, we will refund the full order amount to the card you used while shopping. If you have ordered the wrong product and would like to exchange it, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

If your return request meets the conditions outlined in our Return and Refund Policy, we will provide you with all the necessary details on where to send your items.

We can only accept unused items in their original condition as received. Returns will not be accepted for items that are damaged or no longer in their original state. All returns must include the original packaging, which must remain intact and undamaged.

The Fontana Forni Marinara Build-In creates deliciously authentic Italian-style bread, pizza and desserts from the comfort of your own garden. Furthermore, with an 80x80cm cooking surface, the Marinara can cook up to 4 pizzas simultaneously and the high-temperature paint coating on the steel exterior ensures maximum protection against heat and the weather elements. In addition, the fire floor surface has a high quality refractory chamotte. This is certified for food use. The internal structure of the Anthracite Mangiafuoco Gas Pizza Oven oven is again manufactured from high grade 304 stainless steel. Furthermore, the external surface of the oven has electro-galvanized steel treated with high temperature paint. This maximises resistance to heat and the weather elements. Temperature stability and heat retention is achievable by using high performance natural rock wool insulation. Finally, thus ensures that the external surface of the oven does not becomes too hot and you can cook your pizzas too perfection!
